Premier Anesthesia Seminars, Inc. (PAS, Inc.) was founded in 1998 for the anesthesia professional, with the goal of offering "PREMIER" continuing educational offerings at "PREMIER" locations. The lecture schedules are carefully planned to allow time for each participant to enjoy their destinations; as well obtaining valuable networking opportunities with colleagues across the country.

Our programs offer full service travel and accommodation arrangements. PAS, Inc. strives to offer substantial accommodation discounts for their "PREMIER" locations; thanks to our excellent contract negotiators on our participants behalf.

Our promise to you, the anesthesia professional, is that we will do our best to offer personalized service at a competitive price…..before, during and after the conference.

Prior Approval:

PAS, Inc. offers programs that have prior approval by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA). All programs are submitted for approval of CE credits. The AANA Attendance Record shall be submitted to the Association within 30 days following the conference. If the conference is held around a recertification period, Attendance Records will be submitted within 5 days following the conference completion, to ensure timely recertifications or licensure renewals.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

All cancellations processed before the 30 day period will be assessed a $100 processing fee as well as the cost of any ACLS or PALS manuals. If you need to cancel within 30 days of the conference, we regret that no refunds will be offered. However, in an effort to meet your needs, full credit will be applied to an upcoming conference of your choice within one-year.

In the event that PAS, Inc. must cancel a conference, liability is limited to a full refund of your paid tuition. We work diligently to maintain your conferences, however we will also examine the situation and cancel due to uncontrollable acts of God, War, or any other condition that may make it unsafe or illegal to hold the conference at the contracted facility.

PAS, Inc. reserves the right to substitute speakers/topics should the need arise.

Mailing List:

PAS, Inc. does not routinely send out bulk mailers. If you express interest in one of our conferences, we would be happy to send you brochure material on the specific conference or send you an annual calendar of events, if requested.

Performance Improvement Initiatives:

PAS, Inc. works closely with anesthesia professionals to research and analyze the current needs in our field of anesthesia, as well as related areas pertaining to our clinical practice. Colleague's suggestions regarding locations, topics and presentations are carefully considered when preparing the annual lecture schedule.
